Blizzard Support: "The CD-Key is missing or unreadable
To verify ownership, you will need to mail in your CD case. If you do not have your CD case, then you will need to mail in your manual in place of the case. If you have the manual or the CD case, then you DO NOT need to send us the CD. If you do not have the CD case or manual, then the CD itself can be sent in. In this case please package the CD carefully, we are not responsible for any damage occurring from mailing the CD to us."
