A few words on Forsaken World

I have a deep hatred for the flood of Korean mmo's out there.  Why?  'Cause it is as if they are all made from the same mold.  They all look the same, they all play the same.  And then most F2p games are all the same imo.  All clones of WoW.  Which honestly isn't a bad business model to try to imitate.  But this is just my opinion, an opinion of a person who thinks Dark age of Camelot and Warhammer Online are the best Fantasy MMO's out there who feels very strongly for the need to kill other players.
I used to play WoW, I liked WoW.  I used to love finding people and kill them or get killed. And that's what I love about DAoC and WAR.  Especially DAoC and WAR because you can level up from PvP (RvR more accurately)  What I didn't like was having to level up by fetching 10 pelts here, kill 5 bandits there,  and Raiding 75% of my life trying to get geared up for more raids which ment signing my life away to a guild.
Forsaken World was said to be built from the ground up for western mmo players.  What they should have said was it was built from the ground up for WoW fans who want to play for free.  You start out running errands, pick up a few of these, kill 10 of those.
The game looks graphically good though and anyone who's played wow or the like will fit right in very quickly.
Even though the quests annoy me, should they add an archer class I may play some more and explore the game more deeply. Really not a bad game at all.
I REALLY think Forsaken World, being built from the ground up, should have taken a different approach to leveling without having to be a errand boy.
Forsaken World thus far has been pretty solid not having ran into any issues and my wife seems to like it but then again she likes Twilight (BUUUUUURRRN)

Like I said though, this is just the opinion of a PKer who has been spoiled by DAoC and WAR.  But I believe that Forsaken World is worth a try.
If you want some video, let me know.
