Strange outlander build

  So a few days after waking up from my three day coma I was still lucky enough to have some time on my hands.  So being still under the weather I decided to take on a few of the many games I have bought but never finished.  First up, jumped into borderlands 2 and finally put a shotgun to no longer handsome Jacks FACE - Finally!  And so now I am playing some Torchlight 2.   I load my character up, I look at my build and I am deeply perplexed. I have NO IDEA wth  I was trying to build here but after already re rolling chars already I was not about to do so again.  I was doing Poison and Long Range Mastery.  I was all "meh" and just continued winging it until I picked up a shotgonne and saw how I was hitting multiple targets at once and causing more than one mob to explode with poison burst thus eliminating a group in just a few hits.  I knew I had to research a shotgonne build and I came up with a blend of other builds that I like and I am having a blast with this game.  Just so much fun.  I need to finish this and start a HCE character.  Oh yes.
