Started my own p2pool for litecoin

Start with a fresh address and point to my p2pool
for example
cgminer.exe --scrypt -u LXi33mgJzgCsxW69DyRnGwU7PCV49mj4er -p anything  -o http://54.214.249.64:9327 --shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --auto-fan --temp-overheat 80

or you can use this as a backup p2pool incase the one you use goes down with your current p2pool address.
2% fee  may go up or down depending on maintenance costs.
